The key to promote the quality of the Mo discs is to control the processing quality of the both flats of discs. We process the Mo discs with Japanese SpeedFam 16B high-precision lapping machine, which could process Mo discs whose diameter is up to 6 inches, and ensure the flatness of the Mo discs is below 0.005mm. |
